Skirt Board
Each transfer chute certainly equipped with the skirt board. skirt board has a very simple function, namely :
1.Direction fall of material into the central conveyor,
2. Then prevent material spilling out of belt conveyor,
3. Control dust with the collecting filters.
If the design and handling is not maximum, it will cause some of the possibilities of such spillage, live time of skirt rubber very short ,and top of belt conveyor experiencing very rapid abrasion.
For counter all caused of improper maintenance or design , we have best solution for improve skirt board refer to our technology , all of our 16th improvement project ,we have positive feed back from our costumer.

Costumer can make a choice for selected material, basic material also very simple but price will different. that material of wear liner include SS304,SS306,creusabro, of CS106, skirt board used
