INTRODUCTION OF MAZACRON-81 CARRIED
The Maszacron-81 is one of the new brand for posted on the conveyor belt improvement parts include: Tertiary belt cleaner, Superliner (Chute liners name),self align idlers and skirt board improvement. Each of parts have unique characteristic when apply on the bulk material effect during transporting. Our costumer can make a choice to solve conveyor belt system, when this case billow was happened :
1. Impact chute liners material soft ,ceramic and extra strong - ferrous material. worn out very soon.
2. Liner chute wear out . This item always impact to system:
a. The worn liners is failed to cut the belt.
b. A lot of chute liners have to replace sooner cause erosion.
c. Environment Hazard - chute wall was leaked and material spilled out to the floor
d .High cost maintenance.

3. Too many carry back on the top of belt conveyor.
a. Build material on the return roller
b.Build material on the bend pulley and gravity take up pulley.
c.Belt conveyor always tracking on the return line.

4. Conveyor belt always tracking (move left /right or jogging ), pill of belt edges .

5.Skirt board improper work :
a. Too many spillage bulk material
b. Skirt rubber damaged very soon
c. Trapped material between wear liner and top belt conveyor.
d. Too many dust out .
